History

The Upsilon Alpha Chapter is located on the campus Huston-Tillotson University.  It is the only Historically Black University (HBCU) in Austin, TX.  The Chapter was chartered March 4, 1940 at Tillotson College in Austin, Texas.  Algerene M.
